Shipping
Standard and Express delivery services are available for most of the countries we ship to. It takes 1-3 business days to produce your Glamis, Express Shipping takes up to 3 business days after producing, Standard Shipping usually takes between 5-10 business days to arrive after produce.
After your order is done processing (1-3 business days) you’ll receive a second email, containing the tracking information of your item.

Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Shipping address in your order can only be changed not more than 24 hours after the time of purchase. Please contact us immediately if change address is needed.
Returns
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly or by chat withinn 30 days after you receiving the order and we’ll assist you through the process.

Returns are free of charge in the US, but we’re unable to refund original shipping fees on any orders. Orders outside of the US are paid by the customer and may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this point we are unable to cancel any order, but you’ll be able to return it after receiving it.
